The 450m2 property renovation project envisions a shared space to provide infrastructure for business development and online content creation for Black micro and small entrepreneurs.

The House features a collaborative shop, individual office spaces, a restaurant, an audio and video studio*, a gallery of Black art, a library with titles by Black authors, a cooking school, a studio kitchen, a collaborative kitchen, a coworking space, and a classroom.
