The "Art and Flavor Mini-Documentary" is a mini-documentary comprised of images and testimonials from our in-person event - "The Warmth of the School," combined with content from the "Under the Roof of the Mouth" series. The in-person event brought together 150 school lunch ladies, cooks, and nutritionists from the São Paulo municipal education network. Prior to the event, we produced a series of 12 videos covering various perspectives on culture, cuisine, gastronomy, and nutrition, which were widely disseminated by the School Food Coordination Office (CODAE).
