Afro-Affirmative Bloc Ilu Inã

Carnavalesca is developing the visual art and aesthetic concept for the 4th parade of the bloco (carnival group), under the theme #2020iluinãéquente. The theme addressed the presence of the Orishas Xangô and Oyá in our lives and society under the values of equality, female empowerment, and affection.

Creation of wings, costumes, props, sets and special effects, and production supervision.

The Afro-Brazilian cultural group Ilu Inã paraded in the Campos Elíseos neighborhood of São Paulo in February 2020.
