The play was part of the Dona Ruth: São Paulo Black Theater Festival program, which took place at Sesc Interlagos in October and November 2019.

The play is an invitation to a mystical universe surrounded by stories of pain, overcoming adversity, true love, and the possibility of healing. Within the communities, Sangomas are the women spiritually chosen by their ancestors to continue the work of spiritual and physical healing.
