Dona Ruth inaugurated the existence of Black actresses on stages, television, and film in Brazil. She embodies the genesis of a significant part of the achievements for Black women throughout almost a century of life. Amidst reflections and memories, a dialogue emerges between two generations of Black artists, Ruth and the director, Juliana Vicente.
